Look at how Canelo's loss to Mayweather is an afterthought to most people people because he was around Ryan's age when it happened.
Canelo was a champion & much more proven in general. We got 4 belts or more per division & Ryan ain't won one yet & just got his first top ten win. Not a good comparison for anything except the age angle. Plus Ryan is jumping at least one if not two divisions if it's going to be a legit fight which is a whole other thing.

“Nothing is final. No contract yet,” one of Pacquiao’s close associates told The STAR.

“Ryan wants the fight. Golden Boy (Garcia’s promoter) wants the fight. So, they’re hyping the fight,” said the source.

“But there’s nothing official. They all want Pacquiao. Lahat sila (Everybody). And you can’t blame them,” he added.

That's Jayke Joson. Yes, that's how his Jake is spelled. He is "special assistant" to Pacquiao. What you don't know is that Joson doesn't really have any authority speaking. He is only there because he is a longtime friend of Manny and he needs a job. He's the one who pushed the deal between Pac and Paradigm Sports in hopes of making the Mcgregor fight and getting a cut. That's why he won't give up the McGregor fight.

What you also don't know is Joson and Gibbons has already contradicted each other in the past just like now. They contradicted about Manny moving to PBC and Manny's fights with Broner and Thurman. But Gibbons end up always winning

You need to do more research

Yeah and Gibbons wants nothing to do with Spence or TC or even Porter, he is looking for a broken easy beat so I guess it will be Mctap, Team Pac are bunch of cherry pickers charading as a WW world champion.

You believe what you will. I'll believe two of three sources that are rarely wrong.

Then you will give me my credit when Manny announces terms for Spence.

Pacman is the real king of the division because everyone else is waiting for him

Lol these guys forget Canelo had just beat Trout who was coming off a win over Cotto. Nowhere near comparable.

Everyone including Manny knows they beat him up, thats why he is looking at 135lb guys and 0-1 Mctap, Manny is ducking and squirming away from the top WWs like they had Covid.

Pathetic imitation of a current World Champion, he should retire then he can pretend all he wants and nobody would complain.
