Lol!! Obviously Garcia would prefer Tank bc u have no fanbase, create no buzz, and have a Rigo-esque sleep-inducing style.

Nobody else at 135 can bring the money that Tank vs Garcia can generate. That's a fact.

BUT, my opinion is that Haney beats Garcia and just about everyone else at 135 because he is Rigo. Also true is that everyone (behind closed doors) will avoid Haney just like they did Rigo.

Haney may be forced up to 140 to get a defining fight.

Braulio Rodriguez is a career featherweight, Rodriquez quit in his previous fight vs. Christopher Diaz. Amanda Serrano could KO this bum, faster than Ryan.

The video illustrates Garcia's trouble with boxers and Rodriguez is nowhere near as slick or strong as Devin Haney.

In short, Devin Haney is not a blown up featherweight coming off a KO and a few beatings.

In context, Devin is a slicker boxer than Rodriguez, he's much bigger, hits harder and he has a much higher IQ.

Nobody in their right mind believe Ryan can simply walking down Devin Haney the way he did the former featherweight Rodriguez.

Oscar and to a degree Garcia both know that Haney is a problem and neither want to fight him. Garcia told Devin to fight Lopez first. Lopez's father and Arum both know that Haney is a danger and for that reason made it clear they'll never fight Haney. Arum would rather Lopez move up and that should tell you something. Lastly Floyd and Tank don't even acknowledge Devin's existence.

In truth, Devin Haney like Demetrius Cesar Andrade and Terence "Bud" Crawford are simply too good for anyone to actually pick as an opponent.

All three will either move up, get old or show weakness before anyone will fight them.

That said, at this point, I'd favor Davis over Garcia by KO.
