Doesn’t matter what Ryan or Tank want. GBP and TMT persuade their destiny. The obvious answers are what the promoters, Ellerbe or Floyd and Oscar say about any pervious fights or how they fell off. If the promoters felt the way fans did then we’d hear about it. Truth is, THE PROMOTERS aim for the highest monetization possible. So PAC is valuable in boosting Ryan for DAZN’s growth which they will pay, the same as PBC needs PAC for Spence. This is common sense, and the networks influence the promoters to make the fights possible.

If Ryan is being told he will make way more against PAC while DAZN picks up the bill, why would Ryan want Tank now? The fight can still happen anyways. Ryan doesn’t even have a real belt so why cry? But you guys know all this.

If a fight with Pacquiao is being offered to Garcia he should lake it. Taking the biggest possible fight is not ducking smaller fights. He can always fight Tank and Haney latter but may never get another chance to fight Pacquiao if he turns that fight down now. He will probably get crushed by Pacquiao if they fight so it is a high risk high reward fight. He could still have a good career after being KOed by Pacquiao.
