There are two ways to take it.

1. A doctor gave it to you and you should have a note as to why (low natural T)

2. You got it under the table to cut weight.

All these top fighters are juicing and have become very adept at gaming the system but every so often they slip up to remind the world that boxing like any combat sport is far from clean.

Kovalev has been one of the most tested boxers. Call me naive but I think this is his first time using. He knows this next fight was make or break and he was willing to try anything

I've never been a fan of Kov, but that makes more sense than him juicing his whole career and just now getting caught. I read that it was a two fight deal but if he lost the first one, he doesn't get the second.

Edit: I see. Both samples were taken before he knew he popped dirty. He must have felt the masking agent he was taking was doing his job.

it depends on what ester he was using, how much/often he was injecting, bodyweight....in other words, a variety of factors. I would think these guys would be smart enough to use really fast-acting testorone (no ester or short ester), but i guess not.
