Stephen Fulton vs Naoya Inoue Is THE Fight

Inoue has some work to do at 118 and Fulton does himself, but sometime next year this is THE fight at 122. Going to be a hell of a showdown.

Inoue is a special talent and has pop that travels. 122 may be his ceiling but he certainly can fight there. Give it a year's time and he will be at 122.

Not sure if Inoue plans on moving up again. He's mentioned his goal was to become undisputed, then the GOAT bantamweight.

This has to be THE hottest division or near it. Look at all these names! Don't sleep on Carlos Castro, he can fight. No particular order overall:
          Luis Nery
          Rey Vargas
          Murodjon Akhmadaliev
          Brandon Figueroa
          Stephen Fulton
          Ra'eese Aleem
          Carlos Castro
          Daniel Roman
          Gary Antonio Russell
          Michael Conlan
          Azat Hovhannisyan
          Ronny Rios
          Isaac Dogboe
          Victor Pasillas

Fulton looked like crap against a pillow fisted guy with only one gear.

Fulton got wobbled by that pillow puncher he’s a ko waiting to happen.

Both of these guys had Covid and Fulton was off for a year and they still put on a barnburner better than many fighters who didn't have Covid or layoffs.

It was a damn good fight and a very good performance by Fulton. LOL at him looking like crap and LOL at Leo being a bum. No, Leo is a good fighter in his own right and just lost to a better fighter tonight. Would love to see Leo vs Roman or Nery.

I think Vargas is done with 122 but you are right, very deep division.

We just saw Fulton vs Leo and will be getting Figueroa vs Nery next. Already saw Roman vs MJ which was a competitive fight.

Aleem just pummeled Pasillas and that surprised the hell out of me. He looks to be a player in the division as well.

I just hope MJ is not left out of this and gets to face off against the top dogs. Could be a special run at 122 for the one that comes out on top.
