Does "Interim" Count?

i was looking at jorge arce's record and noticed that he won the jr fly title twice and he won the WBC interim fly title. since he won the interim title, does that mean that arce's a two-division champion? or do you have to win the official title to be considered a champion in that division?

nah... Interim is just an interim. He will automatically be champ once the champ is stripped or vacate his belt.
