    Online betting advice?

    Hello,

I've only bet on fights I've actually been to (lived in LV from 2010-2012). I'm becoming interested in online betting. Online sports betting is still illegal in Idaho, but tons of guys I train with do it. Which site should I use? Isn't this regulated by federal law? Any and all advice is appreciated.

TBH I dunno, but, I think here's a safe bet. It's just honor system and a set pool of cash but I reckon the lads will pay up and no coppers will bug me.

"Sports betting remains illegal in the state of Idaho. One exception is offshore sportsbooks and casinos. While not technically illegal for Americans to play on, using offshore ******** sites definitely comes with risks since they are not licensed or regulated by US laws."

Offshore books are all the big online ones not in Vegas basically.

Pick the one that offers the best odds I guess. Pro gamblers will have many accounts to shop around but casual guys like us just keep it simple usually.

One thing I'll say is don't take the sign up bonus cause you usually have to jump through a bunch of hoops to ever actually be able to withdraw the money.

I've had good experiences with bet365 and their customer support has been helpful. My wire transfer withdrawals take about 2-3 days at most. They have pretty high margins however so not always the best odds but they are very competitive still. Look around and decide for yourself.

I usually start small on underdog bets where the odds feel off, and I keep track of lines early to spot any weird shifts before fight night.
