Keef lost his luster to me. There is less upside in fighting him. If Thurman gets a W that's enhances his standing than he's back on the short list. As things stand I'd rather see a Showtime Shawn rematch, Bud or Manny fight Errol next. If none of those fights get made & there isn't some bs mando to get outta the way Keef is fine.
To be honest, Spence should fight Thurman

Honestly, this is the crap with boxing politics. If we never ended up seeing Crawford/Spence or lets also throw Thurman into the mix, due to politics and waiting around, it's a damn scar for boxing fans and boxing as a whole. This is why allowing too many fighters to pick and choose who they want to face rather than being 1 static ladder where rankings matter and you don't get paid unless you face the next guy in your way. There is no yes/no, let me find an alternative.
If these 3 never fought each other or get to the point of Pac-Fraud waiting (which I think it's getting there), when the fight finally materializes, it's ******. People will just run the same, well, if he was in his prime, this guy or that guy would have won. That is a legitimate excuse also, but a crappy one that we have to use because of the reality that it is with this sport. Too long marinated fights and too long building up a name when perhaps the name is already hot. Before you lose that hype, make it happen.Comment

One fight doesn't make an entire resume. He got a disputed decision over Pacquiao and didn't do a thing after. Sad that's Crawford's best win. Maybe we should praise Tim Tsyzu as well since he beat Horn down. I guess his resume is on par with Crawford and better than those other guys as wellComment

I agree, if no Bud or Pacquiao then Thurman is the best option. However, I don't like Spence's new attitude entirely dismissing Thurman (who shares his best wins) and acting like Crawford has to bow down to him to make a fight. Guy has really become a diva.Comment

Spence now is doing the exact same reason why he hated Thurman in the 1st place. That’s hypocrisy at its finestComment
