Gates vaccine? WTF are you talking about? Bill Gates didn't develop the vaccine you numbskull. He is not a chemist. He is not a virologist or immunologist. He partially funded the research and development, just like Dolly Parton, just like other celebrities.
I'm getting really tired of these conspiracy theory morons who spew lies based on their political affiliation. The vaccine is effective. Yes there are some people who have side effects but those are much better than getting the virus and having a severe reaction. People like you are part of the problem.
