Comments Thread For: Talks Progress For Canelo Alvarez To Move Forward With Matchroom/DAZN

The sport's biggest attraction and most sought-after free agent is on course to remain put for the time being. Talks continue to progress for a deal which will see four-division and reigning WBA/WBC super middleweight champ Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez continue to serve as the centerpiece attraction for DAZN-USA through at least his next two fights, multiple sources have informed BoxingScene.com. The pound-for-pound king and four-division titlist is in talks with promoter Eddie Hearn for a two-fight agreement which would presumably include a super middleweight title unification bout with unbeaten WBO titlist Billy Joe Saunders (30-0, 14KOs) in May.

The good thing is he is free. His next two fights hopefully would be on DAZN. Which mean we can see it as part of the sub. This save his fans 150 dollars for the next two fights, they can pay way less on DAZN to see his next fights.

Not mad at Canelo, why not keep taking Eddie's EASY MONEY! Props to Eddie, he is literally Carrying DAZN right now by keeping Canelo on the Platform. Maybe Eddie can Convince him to do the GGG Trilogy as well, I wouldn't count that out. Forget Yildirim, would rather the 2 Fight Deal be BJS in May and let him go ahead and retire GGG in September so people can STFU about that fight finally

Yildirim and BJS is EASY WORK for Canelo...EASY! After that then he can take that Fox Sports/PBC Deal for the Plant unification bout

Don’t tell the Americans on here that! Many of them would prefer to pay ppv prices

For weeks i mentioned that here. Some were arguing about he wanted to be on PPV with PBC/Fox. Fact was, he didn’t have a good relationship with Oscar. And wanted out.. He got his wish and is now free to go and negotiate with whom ever he wants.
