There are a lot of cops and CO's, or any law enforcement officers who can easily change your mind. Many people, like you, ask for a fair one with a cop and instead just get their asses kicked thoroughly. Guaranteed, there are countless officers who can break your arm and hospitalize you. You're most likely a sh.t fighter though, armchair warrior, so it wouldn't matter. You're living in the internet. Nothing to see here.
