So if you're a world champion you can compete around the world. It's obviously better to compete in front of your own fans but better for the sport if you don't and in a global pandemic not practicable so AJ meant in normal circumstances.

It's obviously easier if you're just a local champion like Wilder was and only have to worry about boxing at home, easier for him to cheat too like have a new set of gloves fedex'ed in at the last moment.

    hope that helps

Fury just posted a tale of the tape photo of him and AJ with a caption of “Coming soon somewhere near you. 2021” and appears to have introduced his new slogan #BigStiffIdiot along with his already famous #BigDosser...

Eddie and Bob both keep saying the fights almost done. I think these are all good signs that this fight is gonna be officially announced soon. Fingers crossed.

2020 seemed like it was on pace for a good year for boxing after the success of FuryWilder2, then the pandemic derailed everything. Here’s to hoping this one starts 2021 off right

People have got it in their heads that is Eddie's job to draw up a contract and make the offer. Why? Because AJ has always been the one making offers. You just got used to it.

There were never negotiations with Wilder. Just offers from AJ. And one Instagram message from Wilder.
AJ is giving fury a 50/50 split. It's obvious AJ didn't want to fight wilder because he offered BombZquad nothing but flat fee some as low as 12.5% on a fight worth $100M. Wonder why Hearn and AJ didn't play those same games with fury

how many time you bumped you had as a child? I bet about 30. So Joshua get a pass for something he said because it a pandemic but you clowns claimed wilder let the contract expire during a pandemic.

And let's not talk about cheating. You have AJ TUE abusing steroid user against fury steroid using glove cheat.

Not sure how that is obvious. The situation at the time wasn’t the same as it was after Wilder v Fury 1.

At the time of the flat fee, Wilder wasn’t a PPV seller. His biggest payday at the time was half of the flat fee that Hearn offered. If you earn £50k and another company offers you £100k, to do the same job for them, you’d accept it. I would! Anyone would. The whole excuse about declining an offer ‘Because they didn’t disclose how much Joshua was earning’ was just another one to add to the bad excuses list.

After the 1st Fury fight, Hearn came back out and said that Wilder was now closer to a 50/50 split deal. Then DAZN came in with the $120m, 3 fight offer and he still turned it down to make far less money against Fury. Now he lost the WBC strap, he’s ****ed himself out of tens of millions.

It’s very telling in the Fury split offer that Hearn/AJ respect Fury a lot more than Wilder. They know to secure the fight, they can’t **** around with the money. They know the likelihood of Fury winning are much higher than Wilder.

I just hope that this fight ends up some where the fans will appreciate it and not another Saudi arena or the like where they don't .This fight deserves much better!

How come it is Hearn doing almost all the work in putting up fights yet he receives sticks from all his hard work. That said, I don't think anyone can outbid the Saudis

You understand there can't be any fans in attendance in the UK?

Do you think Joshua knew the pandemic was coming when he said that?

                  OR

(and here's a crazy idea), do you acknowledge that he didn't know the pandemic was coming and understand that it is therefore not relevant in current circumstances?

you last paragraph is exactly the point. Fury isn't a big ppv seller is marketable with wilder but yet Hearn and AJ didn't play games with Fury. If AJ want to fight wilder he wouldn't have played games with him.

Didn't get as far as negotiations, because Eddie's offer was so ridiculous. Do some research why...
