...and in all sports, to be honest, can be easily solved by creating two main divisions: a) "open" and b) "clean". The rules that could be:
- the "open" division is totally open, no tests, if someone is ****** enough to die early it is his decision according to a very wise Roman saying volenti non fit iniuria;
- once caught cheating would never be allowed to return to "clean" division;
- no comparisons or fights between champs of the two divisions; however, if a "clean" champ wants he can go to "open" on his own risk.

If we live in a free world this would be the most honest solution and a great remedy for cheating, IMO.

The rules should be clear and inchangeable after their settlement. If eating wild boar was prohibited, he will never be allowed to return to the "clean" division.

Well, I am assuming two things:
- first, cheaters will have their own division where, most probably knowing how much people like to watch freaks, the money involved could be even bigger than in the "clean" division; besides, cheaters will be aware they should beat a "clean" guy, it would be no big achievement; thus, why should they want to do it ? just to show to be the best "natural" over there ?
- secondly, the doping control will be able to be on a much better level, everyone will have a chance in the other division, no need to hide over dead bodies.

Peds are not black & white,& those things are impossible imo for numerous reasons,like "Peds are not black & white for numerous reasons"

In this world of international commerce & athletes traveling,it is impossible to make Peds black & white because there would be innocent victims that would be banned because they merely ate at the wrong restaurant in the wrong country(its a lot easier said than done to say"a fighter should be held responsible regardless of circumstances",we live in a society with inalienable human rights.

imagine having to plan ahead so you never eat a single meal thays not flown in,in even your own country, because you will be called a cheat,even if you dine with Bill Clinton (Canelo),or even if you are an athlete traveling to a country like Mexico or China or the middle east(every teamat the u17 WC),or far east,you will be alienated in every country you go to,& Sport is equally mental as physical & its a hindrance for a fighter to never be able to eat a single thing thats not flown in.

Add to this the fact that the anti doping orgs require a athlete to always be ready at a moment's notice at any time day or night,& that they are required to keep track of millions of substances most of which have no real benefit to certain sports & many substances banned have no effect on anyone except in mega dosages easily traceable because of long half life.(Clenbuterol is eaten by millions daily in mega dosages,yet Canelo is actually shunned for life because he had 1 taco amount that left his body over 3 days as expected from a single meal ingestion (an amount that was considered a clean test before Canelo,& that is now AFTER Canelo once again considered a clean test(far higher amount is still considered clean)

I hear you, but it is not relevant at all. If once the inchangeable rules are settled, they should concern and forbid ALL ARTIFICIAL METHODS, no matter what kind of PEDs are being used by a guy. We have blood and urine tests, no problem to examine who is "clean".
Besides, there is the fundamental question again -- would anyone play with cheating having the other "open" division where bigger money is being involved ?
These pricks who cheat do not care about being the best naturals, IMO.
