Well Ennis and Vergil Ortiz haven't either but they both likely will. Even Lubin possibly could since it was basically musical belts at 154 for a while there.
Lol I meant it as in he is never going to surpass his brother. Bobby actually wasn't a bad fighter either just had trouble with them blow blows.
