Not necessarily. These sanctioning bodies don't match interim champs with their regular champs often. They like to keep them going parallel to each other to continue to collect two sets of sanctioning fees. And of course, Ramirez is the type that would relish going around calling himself a "world" champion while fighting bums and avoiding Beterbiev.

Pascal landed 2 punches, and a headbutt. I was glad he won but Browne was having an easy time aside from those lapses. Doesn't mean Gilberto will destroy him lol. Same guy who had close fights with Jesse Hart.
