Erm, what? Lol three rounds at the most were closely contested. That's not a close fight lol
I had it 115–113, but close on the scorecards doesn't necessarily mean it was a close fight. Lopez clearly won the first six rounds. Loma clearly won maybe two rounds, and just nicked at the most three. That's not a close fight at all.
I personally would like to see a rematch, I think Loma would win. But calling the first fight close is going into fangirl territory.Comment

That thread a lone I started ended all of the trolling on here. That was embarrassing how quickly they all were exposed. That Mammoth guy is still upset over it.Comment

IMO he won the Loma fight and I definitely agree that he's avoiding the 135 champs unless he gets a huge paycheck 🥊Comment

The only thing exposed here is your pain that Loma lost.Comment

Because he only won two of those rounds clearly, the other three he just nicked them. Where as Lopez won six clearly, one he just nicked, and three he lost by a close margin. That isn't a close fight in my opinion. A close fight would be one where the majority of rounds are closely contested. Like GGG vs. Canelo 1. I had GGG winning, but a lot of the rounds I had him winning by a small margin.
I'll say again though, I do want to see a rematch. I think Loma would win quite handily. Lopez didn't win because he did something right, he won because Loma did something wrong.Comment

I'd love to see a rematch but not before Lopez fights 1 of the other young guns. I say Lopez and Haney fight. Tank and Garcia fight and let Lomo and Shakur Stevenson go at 130. Then if Lomo is up for it him and Lopez do it again. Just my thought on it though.Comment

Who is he avoiding though? There's only one other champion at 135, Haney (how he got that title is irrelevant, he's universally recognised as the WBC champion, unlike Lopez), and he's calling for that fight. Whether or not one believes that team Tank turned down a fight is irrelevant; anybody with any knowledge of boxing doesn't recognise Tank and his WBA Regular title as a true champion. Garcia holds an interim title which, again, anybody with any boxing knowledge does not recognise him as a true champion. So who is Lopez avoiding exactly?Comment
