Haha, just as we're posting about this stuff, there's an article on BScene it! However will admit to being sceptical about him giving up a title to fight Russell, particular as it appears that it's Hearn not Warrington saying it! I also feel that Warrington is reluctant to give Galahad another shot, which may factor into q decision to vacate.Last edited by tokon; 01-17-2021, 09:32 AM.Comment

Fair enough but if he fights Russell in his next 2 fights I'll be back with my bowl of humble pie for u to chow down!!!Haha, just as we're posting about this stuff, there's an article on BScene it! Avoiding tough fights???
He fought Selby Frampton and galahad back to back. And he was underdog against the first 2. Now hindsight is great and we can see Selby was drained and Frampton was on the decline but the bookies didn't think so at the time.
I think Warrington genuinely wants to test himself against the best.Comment

I'm no fan of Warrington and his latest move makes no sense to me.
However, Stevenson was made an offer to fight him which Top Rank viewed as acceptable. It was Stevenson's management which refused the fight, with no counter offer.Comment
