if you are negotiating with eubank and you dont have his signature by a certain deadline you move on to plan B....there was no 160-168 plan b by team golovkin...which goes in the face of how they said they make fights...and most other promoters/managers say how they make fights......why didnt golovkin have a second 160-168 lb option if eubank didnt sign?
You really don't understand how boxing works, how business works, how negotiations work. You are very naive if you think that Eubank was a distraction while the primary target was Brook. He really, really wasn't. You probably won't be convinced by that, but I hope some day you'll understand that conspiracy theory is not the way real life happens. It does on occasion, but not here. You sound like a QAnon. If that comparison insults you, not all is lost for you.

Maybe because they thought plan A would work out and Brook was good enough for a plan B. Another British fighter, another Hearn fighter. It doesn't make sense that they would have wanted Brook all along. Eubank was just as big a fight and just as winnable.
