Gutted I can’t go as well, I was at Frampton’s debut on an undercard in Liverpool, I just saw something in him so have followed his career closely ever since.
Think you are right. Likely to be his last fight. This is basically what he was promised when he broke from cyclone and was looking a new home, a chance to make history. Sadly it's not what he wanted really, I've went off him a bit in recent years but he is a local lad and know him enough to know that he wanted a genuinely hard big title fight in Windsor to go out on making history/cementing his place in the Irish pantheon and Warren promised it but it's blundered to this stage where for various reasons where it's not what he wanted but he will still make history as a 3 weight regardless of how it happened which will probably still cement him as the best to come from here. Sadly for his legacy and for boxing he won't get the 3rd LSC fight.

However I think Shakur Stevenson is thinking the same, which is why he is now apparently trying to stop it and enforce his mando. Basically if Frampton wins he retires and if Herring wins from what I know of him he will retire soon or move up. Either way Stevenson is likely looking at fighting for a vacant or some fight that's not as great for him. That is if he is genuine and not just looking a belt grab like some of these new kids.

I think the original plan was this fight to happen last summer but obviously Covid happened.

As you say if he pulls it off it’ll still be historic. First Irish fighter to win world titles in 3 weights and he’d also become only the second British fighter to win titles at 3 weight classes.

Hopefully the WBO allow this fight to happen. I can understand Stevenson’s point but he could easily just fight the winner or for the for a vacant title in the spring.

Yeah Covid and the drawn out court case. Am actually glad he didn't get the fight while that was going on as it was noticeably affecting him in the fights before. Thought he genuinely could have won the Warrington fight I remember at the time thinking he was pausing too much between good moments and kind of enjoying his good work and Warrington was just stealing rounds. Though it's funny in a roundabout way he still gave us a legendary fight - him fighting Donaire is what reinvigorated Donaires love and drive and gave him the belief he could cut down for the WBSS and then we ended up getting Donaire Inoue, win!

Why, which Americans came over here and won but were ripped off by the judges?

You know the saying "You have to knock them out to get a draw" due to how corrupt a place is? Well, it actually happened in the US with Martinez vs Cintron. The fight continued after a legit KO, only for Martinez to get a draw after clearly winning the fight on a points basis.

That's how corrupt you lot are. You can't go a fight card without mass corruption and cheating at play. Yet you never say the same thing when overseas fighters go over there. But you say it all the time when the American actually decides to travel and leave his protection racket once every blue moon. There isn't even any corruption against you.

                  Bizarre to say the least.

But continue to create the "Perception" you love doing so much and work tirelessly to achieve.

They said this apparently under pressure from Hearn. Very wishful thinking. Mid February will be the absolute peak of the pandemic, we'll be in total lockdown.

So the $$$ for the fight will come from where? ESPN?
