Don’t expect any unification fights at 160

None of the networks will agree to make a unification fight.

Andrade and GGG are both on DAZN. The issue is GGG makes $14 million regardless and only wants Canelo. He isn’t going to unify.

    Yay boxing.

Andrade wants to unify but he's too boring, too skilled and too unknown so no one wants to fight him.

GGG probably only wants to unify with someone like Murata because he's an easy mark and once corona gets under control they can fill a stadium in Japan for that fight.

Murata's team only wants him to unify against GGG because they know he has no chance against any of the other champions so they might as well lose to the big name.

Charlo would unify against either Murata or GGG but not Andrade. He also wants the Canelo fight.

So I see a partial unification going on with the oldest champion fighting the champion who is by far the weakest.

Golovkin's deal was restructured but I'm not too sure about the particulars. Top Rank doesn't have many options for Murata but there is a lot of money in a Golovkin fight for him in Japan. I wouldn't be surprised if they also didn't feel like they might be catching him at the right time as well so maybe they'd even allow that fight to be on DAZN.
