This is just a hunch but I think he’s contractually obliged to fight Wilder in the the third fight.

The last we heard Team Fury felt Wilder’s rematch clause had expired whilst Team Wilder were contesting that.

Bob, Al and Shelly are all highly educated in the legal sphere so I imagine they’ve come to some sort of resolution which in turn prevented Fury-Kabayel from happening.

Just a hunch though... nothing concrete.
