Ok so VADA bans amphetamines. So if amphetamines aren't Performance Enhancing Drugs Why would they be banned. Saunders may have been out of competition but VADA, who oversees ped use, felt that whatever however whenever he used violates THEIR RELES AND REGULATIONS constitute cheating. Now Sid nee organization might not feel that what but VADA does. So guess what Sid nee.......he is a ped user....hahahahahaha

WADA, USADA, UKAD and every other drug testing company do not have it down on their list of banned substances when out of competition. Only if it's found in your system on day of competition. VADA are the only ones. That's why the likes of Benevidez and Whittiker are not acknowledged as drug cheats by us over here because they were recreational drugs. Amphetamines would do nothing for you unless you took it on the day of competition. It is not a PED. Learn what a PED is before you speak. Unless you think Coffee is a PED? And if you do, i don't know what to tell you...
