I rank my top 10 p4p and sort of rank the top 15 and for me he is not top 15 pfp. He is a good fighter with potential to get better but there are many thousands of pro boxers and right now I think at least 20 of them I have seen fight are better p4p than Garcia and probably many more than that. His best win is Campbell who did not look very good last Saturday. If he beats Tank or Lopez that would be impressive but right now it is just big talk and not a real life win.
