Comments Thread For: Stephen McKenna Confident He'll Topple Ryan Garcia When Time Comes

Unbeaten prospect Stephen McKenna (7-0, 7 KOs) explains that he traveled to Los Angeles in 2018 and had a lot of sparring success against Ryan Garcia. McKenna, who is trained by Hall of Fame coach Freddie Roach, had not turned pro until the following year.

Never heard of this bum till now.
He's not even in the same weight. Just using Garcias name for publicity it seems.

Don't worry kid, You'll get ur shot sooner than later because Ryan won't be fighting Tank Davis,Haney or S. Stevenson anytime soon. Too risky for him this early in his career.

Who is Stephen McKenna? Shouldn’t someone be talking about a fighter before said fighter gets to call out established names? Afterall how do you as a fighter know what you can do until you actually have fought somebody? The boxing media a game is tired and unbelievable.

Looks like that's his younger brother who turned pro a couple years before him. I don't know anything about either of them, but they each fought unremarkable opponents on the Eggnington Theophane undercard.
