Yes he is. The lawsuit is between Dunkin & Middendorf who claims Boots signed an agreement with him. Remember he was sidelined around 2018-2019? He's allowed to fight now while the lawsuit is pending but everyone is waiting on the outcome before putting any real money into him.
Yea I do remember that vaguely. But if he can fight now then taking fights like this or fighting Custio Clayton or Sergey Lipinets are the type that wont break the bank and they aren't huge names but fights that can move the needle in the rankings
