This would be entertaining. I'd go with Haney by a slight margin. Perhaps a MD.

Tell Haney to fight Fortuna then. Let Garcia fight Linares, Have Tank fight Russell, and Teo fight the Aussie. Then have Tank vs Garcia, Haney vs Teo. Its that simple.Comment

Broner might of been a Mayweather wannabe but he was never Mayweather’s protege. Devin literally grew up in the Mayweather gym. There’s a difference there.Comment

Gary Russell Jr didn't want that fight. Can't believe anyone would look at Gary's whole career & think Haney is at faultThe WBC created this mess by making Lomachenko the "Franchise" Champion, so now it's their responsibility to clean it up! The parties involved should be ordered to negotiate within X amount of days, or purse bid follows. However, if Ryan Garcia really doesn't want it, then he should be removed from the rankings, and Haney vs. Fortuna should proceed!
I never thought I would be in this position of defending Devin Haney. I was extremely disappointed he didn't fight GRJ instead of Gamboa! However, Teo doesn't want to fight him, Tank doesn't want to fight him, Loma doesn't want to fight him, and now Ryan Garcia doesn't want to fight him! All these guys want to fight Tank Davis! Somehow Tank is now on the level of Canelo and Pacquiao! This is insane! Seems the only guy who wants to fight Haney is Javier Fortuna!Comment

Haney should've never even began negotiations for 39-yr. old Gamboa, who was coming off a KO loss and an achilles injury! He should've done whatever he could to get GRJ! He should've done whatever he could to get Fortuna! He should've done whatever he could to get Jo Jo Diaz! At this point, I do feel like Haney is being avoided, but I can't excuse him for fighting Gamboa, and then going to the distance too!Comment

I don't think it's that simple for Teo to make 135! I think he fights the Aussie, then goes to 140 for Ramirez vs. Taylor winner!Comment

He did do whatever he could to get the fight. They told Gary if he doesn't like the terms bring them an offer from PBC and Gary never got one. Every time Gary wanted to change the terms they did. The terms were so great that if Gary won there was no rematch clause. He could go along his way. But if he lost he'd have 2 fights under Devin Haney promotions. They were putting money in Gary's pocket after a loss. Nobody makes those type of generous deals. And the last words from Gary was he'll take the fight but he wants to do it in December after Christmas because he has an offer to fight Fortuna for more money on December 26th. That was a lie and Gary still doesn't have a fight scheduled. Gary was playing games the whole timeHaney should've never even began negotiations for 39-yr. old Gamboa, who was coming off a KO loss and an achilles injury!
