A Olympic Gold Medal, is worth more than a professional world title 'In terms of prestige and historical weighting'.

Luke Campbell is a Olympic Champion.

But last night, he was 33 years old, out of the ring for over 15 months, contracted Covid, had to travel, and was coming off a loss. But he was still winning the fight 4-2 in rounds plus a KD on my card. I know Ryan didn't set it up that way like most in North America do, but it still stands. He didn't exactly have the best preparation for the fight. Who else in North America has overcome those odds? They don't even overcome when they're prime and everything is on point. Just the travelling proves too much for them. They lose nearly every time they travel. They'd lose every time if they had that to contend with.

Teo and his father are becoming annoying at this point. But lets hope when he's that age and has it all stacked against him and his son, that he's reminded that his son has no heart, and that's why he lost. Lets see what he has to say then.
Might of got nod v linares but ye did not push loma close lol

Luke Campbells not a elite fighter and I think we can all see that at this point, he may have fallen a bit short of what you would hope for from an Olympic gold medallist though a long way from the worst, but he was bought in to be the name loser on Saturday and fought well, it's not he has a loser mentality he's just reached his level and is getting old. Lopez will get Adrien Bronered at some point I guarantee it, lets see what his prick of a dad has to say at that point

He's a classless imbecile. Lopez' father is becoming one of the most annoying people in the sport. Reminds me of Eubank talking about Jr until he got embarrassed.

Lukes problem is he is a PURE COUNTER PUNCHER. He just wont LEAD, even when he should. Aggression is needed at times, even for a boxer.
Teo’s Dad is a bit of an a$$hhole but he makes a fair point.

I was amazed when he turned his back to Garcia after taking a hard punch. When a boxer turns his back to his opponent the ref usually stops the fight and awards the other fighter a tko win. Game fighters with a true fighting heart don't turn their back to their opponent. Lopez was right.

He turned his back because the bell went.

That is true. Maybe now at 33 years old and many hard fights he no longer loves to fight the way he did when he was younger. I have to be critical of any boxer who turns his back on his opponent as he did against Garcia.
