Comments Thread For: Ryan Garcia: My Performance Definitely Showed People Who I Really Am

Unbeaten rising lightweight star Ryan Garcia (21-0, 18 KOs) was motivated to prove a big point in his scheduled fight with 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Luke Campbell. Before a crowd of 6,000 at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, Garcia was forced to get off the floor to score a sensational knockout of Campbell to capture the WBC's interim-lightweight title.

Big flashes of being special but also vulnerable.

I think he's vulnerable to southpaws he hasn't fought many as a pro and his left hook isn't as readily available compared to when he's fighting orthodox fighters. Only southpaws that are hitters from 135-140 are Tank, Zepeda and Prograis if my memory serves me correct might be a few others like Javier Fortuna but he doesn't have the same pop at 135 he did at 130 there might be others that are on the come up though or some that haven't looked as good lately.

Hope he continues to evolve and doesn't let success get to his head.

This post reeks of being a salty hater. He showed a lot of balls, especially after being knocked down hard. And he got the stoppage. But he looked very vulnerable at times, leaky defence and chin in the air

Tank and Davis need to fight each other.
