You don't have any cred with me because your own posts reveal very clearly that you are an imbecile. Your ****ty example proves what to you precisely? Canelo was at the beginning of his career arc when he fought Floyd. Fighting a HOF legend at that stage was an absolute win-win circumstance for him, no matter the outcome. Even losing wide, the platform he stepped up to that night made him twice the star he was before.

Lomachenko, in case your old ass didn't realize, is at the tail end of his career and, as I already stated, will not likely have the chance to redeem his ****ty showing in his biggest fight ever. He'll fight a couple more times, maybe even beat a name fighter like Tank, but what is to be said of him if he never avenges that loss to Lopez? There are plenty of revisionist fanboys on here who are going around pretending that Lomachenko somehow got robbed for not fighting, but the world saw the fight. For seven full rounds, Lomachenko did not want to engage his opponent. He didn't have the nerve to take the risks needed to win in the moment that it counted most. If he never gets the Lopez rematch, that will be the enduring memory of his professional career.
That's funny because I never asked for your ignorant, biased a ss trash opinon at all. You're dumb af and delused so F v ck off Chili Cheese Nacho's

Loma won round 2 (swing on many scorecards) and rounds 7-11.
I don't have any hate for Loma. I was rooting for him heavily and said for a year that he would school Lopez. Didn't turn out that way. Try this. There actually are such things as even rounds. Don't split hairs and force yourself to score 10-9 for every rounds. If its genuinely super close, call it a 10-10 round as it should be. Then score the rest of the rounds that have a definite winner. Then add your scorecard to see who won. Try this for every close and controversial fight to see what you get.

Didn't mean you... I mean all of the other fighters. The truth is, it was such a close/competitive fight, they should be re-matching by March.

Lopez does not want to do that...

I'm not mad at all in the real world, I just call out people making dumb a ss light switch on, light switch off comments about fighters whole careers based off one fight, especially a competitive fight where a guy wasn't even dropped, stopped or outclassed. It's dumb and not warranted. You can say he's washed up now, fine, but to say something negates a fighters whole career like that is just pure ignorance.

I agree loma lost the fight, but there really is some revisionism going on. That fight was close and loma took most of the rounds in the second-half. He did not get get outclassed by any stretch of the imagination.

Loma just beat him up in the second half (7-11). That’s why there’s so many highlights. The game plan if I had to bet, was to give away early rounds and pick him apart late. Well, plans change.

Even if Loma dropped Lopez, he’d still of lost a decision based on the ridiculous scorecards that night.
What sane corner would ever decide to just hand over the first 6 rounds in a title fight? And what sane boxer would ever agree to it? Loma I guess.

Something about that fight still reeks of unwashed puzzy........Rockin'

I’ve said it before, if he would have stopped Lopez late, they’d be calling him a genius. And there were many times where while watching those late rounds, you were just waiting for Loma to put Lopez down.

No need to beat this horse further into the ground, but I will just finish by clarifying a few points.
                    • I am a fan of Lomachenko.
                    • I never said he was outclassed by Lopez or is in any way a washed up fighter.
                    • I think Loma could have beaten Lopez and still could given a rematch and more resolve.
                    • I still think Loma is no less than the #2 best LW
                    • Loma will still be regarded as a great fighter, but not likely as an ATG fighter for the simple fact that he lost his defining fight in such a ****ty way and will probably not get a chance at redemption (blame Lopez, blame Arum/Klimas, whoever).
