I really wanted Loma to school Lopez, so I was probably inclined to give Loma the close rounds. As everyone knows, he didn't do enough. He could beat Lopez in a rematch, but he'll never get that shot. Legacy ruined.

I really can't see any justification for a Lomavhenko win. He simply did not do enough in the first half of the fight and dug himself a big hole.

ATG-level ******ity. Arum deserves worst promoter of the year and Klimas gets worst manager of the year just for that.

You should see Lopez’ reason for not giving Loma a rematch. YouTube video of a cop calling him out on it. Pretty funny.

almost all of lopez punches were hitting the arms and elbows. even his best punch of the night didn't land on the chin but on the chest hahahahahaha.

only the 12th round did lopez land anything meaningful.

lomachenko was easily robbed. the fix was in because arum saw a new young star in lopez similar to bradley against pac. boxing is a joke hahahahahahahaha

He hit elbows and gloves all night, yes. But Loma was not robbed. Horrible scoring? Yes. Robbed of a draw? Yes, could be. But a robbery consists of being the true winner, and judges giving it to the other man.

But yes, I agree. The scores were atrocious.

The two wide cards themselves are a fraud and should grant a rematch...

Look. Loma took the fight. Which I'll give him respect for. It's not very often in boxing you will see a big time champ like that risk all his belts against a young hungry lion (I'm talking to YOU Canelo, FIGHT Andrade and Charlo already!).

But that's where it ends. Loma fought like a coward. Thoroughly embarrassed. He did come back to win 3-4 rounds at the end, but when Teo picked up the gas round 12, he landed 50 punches on him that round and almost stopped him. That's not the stuff of a p4p king, sorry. Loma was not as good as he was hyped up to be.
