  • Isn't it Ironic all of boxing went frm"Lomas#1" to"he gets beat by xyzd"

I remember the last several years of the Loma hypetrain where almost everyone on this board & all of boxing considered Loma not only p4p#1 but also considered him "a ATG if not the goat",I literally was crucified daily Because I used to say constantly that he was way overrated & that I would bow down to his greatness if he beat Teo who I said would beat his ass.

I used to say regularly how he was being used to deny the actual p4p #1 his rightful status along with Crawford.

Mark my words,I have been right about these overhyped undeserving of #1 p4p fighters for so many years,& I'm calling it now Crawford will be the next one to become a "gatekeeper" overnight when he loses to Spence,Ortiz & maybe even Porter.

I was right when I used to say Fury was a ballerina hw & that he can stop Wilder & make him quit if he actually took it to him early,& that for once Roach was right

(I said Wilder looked like he wanted to quit vs Ortiz & that if Ortiz wasn't so lame he could've made him quit,& that Fury despite being considered by 99.9% of boxing a complete featherfist, that he obviously has plenty of Power otherwise Wilder would've walked through him & kod him,& of course I was rediculed for it because "wtf? You actually think Fury can ko Wilder & make him quit with the right gameplan?gtfoh" they said)

Well I'm calling it now, you heard it here 1st, Crawford is the next overhyped cherrypicker to get humbled when he finally fights someone good outside omaha pubers.

Inoue is another one whom is being used to deny Canelo #1 by espn,& he too is WAY overrated..

You sound so dumb.....wtf does mexican have to do with anything (in case you didn't know,I have never been a fan of Garcia & I consider him a primadonna diva(but I still picked him to win by ko in exact rd he did),now that you're up on thangs, this is exactly why I said what I did, that now you bandwagon jumpers are jumping on the Haney,Garcia,Tank etc. Hypetrains & making Loma out to be a bum gatekeeper despite considering him p4p#1 or goat til he lost a decision ffs)

Btw the irony isn't lost on me that I can be called a "african queen who overhypes my own kind" in 1 Comment then a few minutes later be ridiculed for hyping Mexicans

I gotta go with Andrade for sure, followed by Crawford. Lomachenko is just undersized at 135. He got a taste of his own medicine vs Lopez. Lomachenko beat up on an undersized Rigondeaux coming up 2 weight classes to make the fight happen. Lomachenko was Rigondeaux in there vs Lopez. Fighting scared and unable to get shots off. Loma needs to go back down to 130.

1st off I wanna say Loma proved to me he is a true warrior because he faced young lion undefeated Teo when I thought hed duck,& even though he lost clearly,he proved hes willing to dare to be great.

I agree though that Loma was never truly elite for 135 Because he can't handle powerpunchers at the weight(he has the size for it but he doesn't have the power imo) He was very lucky lw was very weak in comparison to the way it is now,& in reality he almost lost to Linares but proved he has heart by getting up & koing him while down on card

English is the only language he speaks and he can’t master it. He is very confused on the forums and replies to others based on his misunderstood point of view of the post he’s replying to.

He told me just now that my credibility is hurt because of a scorecard for another fight. So I asked him “why would I care about credibility, do you get paid to talk boxing?”. He then thought I said he and others are being paid to come after me on the forums. He’s a special one. I mean these guys, they only speak, read, and write English. It shouldn’t be too hard if that’s their only language.

I'm still on board. Loma's great and that's all there is to it. And every major talent will come with all kinds of hype. It's the nature of the business. But he blew through a strong of guys and had no trouble with any of them minus the Linares KD which is no big deal. KD's happen. Who cares? He got up and stopped Linares. And he beat plenty of guys who others thought would take him down. The man is a credit to the sport. I look forward to seeing him again.
