Ehh I wouldn't say overrated. I mean Loma losing at 135 to me would be like if Canelo lost at 175.

Loma has some of the best skills we have ever seen in the ring. You can see that just by watching. You don't accidentally two olympic gold medals, and two amateur world champions that aren't in your country, and titles in 3 weight divisions.
