It's not bs at all. I wasn't even thinking of bantamweight Pac to be honest. I was thinking more 126-135lbs Pac. He took some hella shots at those weights by the likes of Marquez and Morales. They never dropped him then. His stamina at that point was next level as he advanced and I still think Castillo wouldn't be able to keep up.
Pac prior to Barrera and a bit after Barrera (due to winning) was still quite undisciplined in staying boxing focused. It was well documented he would party his brains out between fights and halt training entirely. He got dropped by some other unknown fighter from Kazakhstan I think right before he fought Barrera by getting careless and letting his guard down. His performances were iffy but he continued to win.
Once he got serious which I'd say came after taking his Morales loss, he elevated his game.Comment
