I'll absolutely agree that the term bum is inaccurate. A bum wouldn't be a four division champ, like you mentioned earlier. But, he did waste a lot of talent, and a lot of time, being "on them games."

I wish him the best, and hope he makes a comeback. I'll give him the credit he deserves once he can produce results.
