Campbell's not a bum, he's a rly good fighter, just hasn't shown that he's truly a great talent at the pro level. He had his chance against Linares, who I always thought was overrated as hell and any rly talented fighter should be able to smash him

If he hadn't shown that at the pro level, he's not a good fighter, let alone very good. It's kinda contradiction.

You must be talking about the amateurs.

He's very good cuz at the end of the day he's still better than 99% of professionals who fight in that division. But not better than Haney, Garcia, Teo, Tank, Shakur

But, a win over a very good fighter don't make you a pound for pound talent, you need to beat a special fighter which Campbell is not

I don't think Campbell can even beat the tier two. Let's say someone like Rances Barthelemy.

He's a very good fighter too, we're just using different definitions. Sometimes I'll call Campbell a bum, sometimes I'll say he's very good, it's all just a question of who you're comparing him to.

I meant Loma struggling with Campbell would look even worse after Ryan disposes of him fast. Maybe wasn't very clear.

Ah I see, agree although styles make fights and iirc Garcia has only done something like 4 rounds in 2 years, Campbell whilst I think is the underdog is a very live one in this fight.

Good. He better come to fight. Ryan is a fighter, not really a good boxer, with great defense. It'll be a shootout from round 1. Garcia isn't featherfisted like Loma either.
