Imagine wanting a fight to be stopped on a cut when a guy could and did, clearly fight through it and win it,and went on to have hes biggest win in the next fight? What sort of boxing fan wants a fight stopped on a cut.Something wrong that AJ got stopped by Ruiz yes.And he looked scared to take a single punch in the rematch and had to change styles completely. Yeah, lack of confidence and two poor performances.
Lol..... Your hatred for AJ is obvious and glaring. If fury out point an opponent, its a master class but if AJ does same he is scared and afraid to take punches.
Lol, what a standard!!
Clearly you have a view that you prefer fury and and want to make it look better, to the extent your claiming the Wallin win was better purely because he was young and unbeaten.
I’m very much of the view that fury should be applauded for his (second) wilder fight & to an extent the Klitschko win; however I certainly don’t think that was dominant and infact despite views changing overtime had Klitschko won narrowly it wouldn’t have caused too much emotion for long.
That said, based on form only - Fury just beat wilder in good fashion but prior to that he fought Schwarz and wallin - not fights I can really go away saying he is in form from , particularly the Wallin fight.
So I wouldn’t say he’s necessarily in form, but rather win his last fight well and that was a year ago now.
Whether fury takes on AJ or not - he needs to take on consistently high level opponents rather than revert back to these nobodies if he really wants to be considered the best in my opinion
Never said Wallin was a good win, said we dont know how durable or good he is at this stage.Yeah,I think Fury is the better boxer ,with better stamina than AJ.I think hes in better form having done well against a undefeated champion twice recently, showing heart to get up.from a heavy knockdown to win in the eyes of most, and showing confidence and no fear to devastate the guy in a rematch.I think AJs loss to Ruiz was devastating, and he looked like hes lost hes confidence in the rematch, changing hes style completely and showing no faith in hes chin.Yeah,Fury on a high, and AJ looks cautious and unsure to me .

Nope, never said anything about a masterclass. AJ changed hes whole style with Ruiz,to protect hes chin, whereas in the first fight showed no fear. One guy got up from a knockdown and came back unintimidated ,the other got stopped and then didn't even set himself once against a guy not noted for power.I think hate is wanting to see a guy stopped on a cut when he doesn't need to be.I wouldnt want to see AJ lose on a cut.You cant say the same.Thats actual hate.

What makes you a great champion? Its your ability to be versatile within a shot period and win convincingly. Ruiz barely eon a round, that's a master class.
There is nothing wrong in changing the way you fight if need be. You just have a problem because you want him to fight in a certain way to please you, that's not part of his concern. Its your own personal problem.

Lets be honest though, every fighter protects their chin because they don't want to lose the fight. No brainer.

I'd say getting up off the floor to win.Contrast how he fought against Wlad to how he fought Ruiz.He showed real fragility, went down again and again, and gassed ,and was stopped.Sure ,it was tactically smart to box on the move, but there was clear panic whenever Ruiz came anywhere near him.He couldve stopped Pulev quicker but remained cautious. Hes lost confidence in hes chin.Hes not going to be able to sit on the outside with the bigger longer Fury.Hes going to have to get in,he cant wait him out because Fury wont tire. Hes in the same position Wlad was in.A man who generally relies on reach ,with no confidence in hes chin, being unable to get in to do damage.IMO of course ,nobody knows until the night.

Of course, but that's alot easier to do when you've got the height and reach. When a guys taller ,you might have to march in an take one to give one.Thats why Haye couldnt do it to Wlad and Wlad couldnt do it to Fury.Neither had confidence in their chin, and neither could set a pace either. It wasnt their style. Its hard to change into someone else for the big night ain't it?

I'm confused who needs to protect their chin here. The taller or the shorter?
For AJ Ruiz 2, he changed his style, yes, 100%. And it was so that he didn't have to trade on the inside with Ruiz. So yeah, you could say that it was to protect his chin but he was always going to do that, even in the 1st fight. Lets be fair here, nobody but Joshua had ever put Ruiz down before -- and Joshua's reaction to knocking him down is what he has always done; rush in to finish the job -- it obviously didn't work in that fight.
So, he changed his style to beat Ruiz, not necessarily to protect his chin because that's what he should be doing anyway.
I suppose you're not wrong, maybe like 90% right LOL

I think you're misunderstanding what I'm saying.AJ always went in for the kill, even in fights like against Whyte where he was hurt, and against Wlad where he was badly hurt. After Ruiz knocked him down the first time he had no control of hes legs, was hurt whenever he was caught really. In the rematch he boxed using hes height and reach, but never sat down on hes punches at any stage, changed hes style, didn't follow up on even the few good single rights he landed. But he didn't need to, despite him looking less confident in hes ability to take a shot.Because he could reach Ruiz from where Ruiz couldnt reach him. That wont work against the taller ,longer Fury, who has good mobility and footwork too.AJ will have to take chances to get near. The same way Wlad needed to, and in the same way as Wlad,he wont have the confidence to take one to give one.In fact ,interesting parallel with Wlad.He boxed more fearlessly, until he was stopped a couple of times and developed a style that was more safety first.Works well with a height and reach advantage. Doesnt work without it.Didnt for Wlad, imo wont for AJ.

Lol...... Are you his trainer? No. Does he have to fight in a certain to please you? No.
He is there to win and which ever way you win is the best approach. Have you ever boxed before? You are hurt because you wanted him to loose again but he won convincingly and you still couldn't take.
That's your personal pain, it has nothing to do with the champ.
