Great interview with Yarde if you missed it.. Says he'll officially announce if he's staying or leaving at the end of the year, so next few days expect news.
Yarde: I'll announce soon whether I'm staying with Tunde.. or leaving!

That's kind of a weird thing to say or a strange way to say it at least. Why is he leaving us on a cliffhanger about Tunde? -
This shouldn't be even something he has to think about. Normally I'm not a fan of blaming the trainer because ultimately it's the fighter that throws the punches and makes the judgement calls that matter in a fight, but between not telling him anything useful in his last fight and all that garbage with him not sparring before fights it should be obvious that he needs someone who actually has a clue in his corner. I'm pretty sure I could do a better job than Tunde myself.Comment

Assuming you could formulate a better game plan than meekly saying "Lions in tha camp." I mean do you really think you could do better than that? It's a tall order I know...This shouldn't be even something he has to think about. For me it’s a no brainer for him not to link up with Adam Booth. He’s tailor made for his style and has big fight experience, as well as being local...Comment

Seen Tunde's newest podcast has some sorta "Will Yarde stay or will Yarde go" type title. This feels like some sorta bad marketing ploy than a real decision being made to me without having listened to the above video or Tunde's podcast.Comment

I think that podcast was from last week and Tunde wasn't completely dismissive of Yarde either leaving or reshuffling things and bringing in a new head coach. Not a marketing ploy, if you watch the interview you can see Yarde is genuinely affected at the thought of having to possibly part ways with Tunde in order to progress in his career. He describes Tunde as more of an Uncle/family. It's a very good interview, worth watching. Yarde lost 4 family members within the space of 6 months this year, including his dad and grandmother within a month of each other.Comment

These cats on YT need to start some podcasts. I can't watch all these damn videos lol. But yea I heard a lot of Yarde's relatives died cuz of covid. Think that was a headline here a couple of those times.I think that podcast was from last week and Tunde wasn't completely dismissive of Yarde either leaving or reshuffling things and bringing in a new head coach. I did listen to Tunde's podcast & he seemed really lax & chill about the situation & laughed a lot as per usual for him. I kinda feel like these two are too cool to part at this point.Comment
