Historically the middle weight divisions have been, the pinnacle in the sport 'In terms of competitiveness and elite level skills'.

For the past 5 years of so, the middle weight divisions have been way below par.

Lets be honest? Canelo Alvarez, would of been smashed to bits in the 90's and 2000's by numerous middleweights.

All of the genuine middleweights out there should be insulted by him being 168 pound champion.

A title? Easily, there are so many out there, like the Rocky Fielding style ones.

Charlo needs to actually do some good work at 160 first.

I had Korobov beating him, he performed well in his best win to date against Derevyanchenko but other than that Adams,Centeno and Hogan is very wank and Heiland was crippled.

There’s some good fights for him at 160 which I don’t think he wins, let alone step up to 168.

I feel like you definitely didn't watch Korobov-Charlo. And I have no idea what people were seeing when they say he dominated Derevy. That was a close fight just like any fight Derevy is in.

Jermall can compete with anyone. I think some people will be bad matchups for him though.

He took over in the second half and almost stopped him in the 12th...

                Handled Derev soundly as well.

                Both solid convincing wins...

Can't deny the talent. That is one thing extremely annoying about Today's "Boxing Fans" just because they don't like some one they don't even want to acknowledge or give them credit for anything

Charlo Brothers like them or not...CAN FIGHT! Jermall has one of the BEST if not the BEST Jab in Boxing. Also has a excellent Uppercut so the man can fight. F^ck You personal feelings it is about the talent and the skills in the ring first. Based on that, absolutely Jermall can have huge success at 168.

He is a HUGE 160 as well so 168 might actually be better for him so he doesn't have to Cut Weight at least not as much to make 160

Well he wants the Canelo fight, so he might as well move up and start building his case at 168. However, I think he has the size, skills and talent to win a title at 168.

Man what world do people live in to really try and say that Derev win was sound lol. The script was written before that fight happened. It was a PBC in house fight, and they were going to hype up their star Charlo, so the word was out to hype up everything he did and make it out like he was dominating.

Any fool could see that the fight with Derev and him was a tough competitive close fight. When you've watched fights for 20 years, it's just obvious. To ignore that is to ignore reality.

His fight with Korobov was close as well. No one really disputes that one.

Who is really hating on either Charlo at this time? I would say that overrating, with obvious hyperbole, is just as much of an issue as hating. Both are examples of people not keeping it real and twisting the truth.

Both Charlos can fight. But if you can match up with them AT ALL physically, they will struggle to outbox you. We've seen that with them so far really. As they move up, those physical advantages will surely wane some and certain matchups will give them more problems than they would other similar top fighters.

Jermell couldn't have his power bail him out vs Harrison once. Once he needed it late, and once he needed it late vs John Jackson. Jermall proved he belonged with the Derevy fight and even the Korobov fight to some degree, but neither twin is really a great boxer at this time. That is pretty obvious. You are fawning over them like they are SRR.
