I had Lopez 7-5. Lomo acted like a real biiiiiatch and didn't want rematch clause because he thought he would win. Lomo had no class. Now they should feed him to Tank Davis.Comment

As you said, to not be able to hurt a couple girls and a random guy, I mean not a good look really as far as being a tough guy.Comment

Make the fight.
Loma was very inactive in the first half, but it's not like Teofimo managed to do much. He was throwing and missing a lot, while Loma wasn't doing much of anything. So Teofimo got the points. But in round 7, Loma turned it up and was beating Teofimo quite handedly, landing combos on him from all angles.
Loma lost on points, not because he was beaten up. Let Shakur run his mouth, though. He's young and hungry.
Teofimo had him shook.Comment

However, in rounds 8, 9, 10, 11 Lomachenko didn't do nothing, he came at Lopez and chased the fight.
Overall, it was too little, much too late.
Lopez won on points. We can argue over how wide or narrow that was, but the point stands, he didn't beat up Loma. He won a decision.
There's therefore a case to be made for a rematch.
The reason there likely won't be one is that Lopez wants to avoid it. Fair enough if that is the case -- but he can't claim it's because he beat up Loma and there's no need for a rematch. The reason is that he is worried he can't pull it off a second time.Last edited by Monty Fisto; 12-27-2020, 09:59 AM.Comment
