Floyd was/is retired!! Emmanuel is attempting to fight McTapout WHILE currently holding a WBA 147lb belt. Beating Keith Thurman who notoriously throws wide and looping punches and whom was coming off a long layoff doesn't mean much to me at all. If I were in Floyd's circle, I would tell him to do an exhibition with Sugar Ray Leonard, with a percentage of the proceeds going to help Tommy Hearns.

THEN, I would tell him to find Freddie Norwood (aka Lil Hagler) to do an exhibition with the Marvelous One.

THEN, I would tell him to get Ellerbe to convince Manny to do an exhibition with Duran instead of McGregor.

THEN, I would tell him to work with Tyson to set up an exhibition rematch against Mitch 'Blood' Green, with a percentage of the proceeds going to help Green get out of his situation.

THEN, I would tell him to work magic to make Eubank/Benn 3 as an exhibition, with a percentage of the proceeds going to help Gerald McClellan.

Then throw money to put Broner vs. Bradley on the undercard.
