Canelo fought pro fights at 140 lbs. Theres nothing misleading about that, it actually happened.

And stop with this "he was a lightweight". Canelo was a lightweight when he was like 14 years old.

People said Benavidez is the biggest threat at 168 NOT 175!!!!!!

            Damn some people smh

Yes, when he was fifteen. Most countries will not allow you to go pro that young, so it's apples to oranges.

Benavidez is a threat to Canelo in similar fashion as Teofimo was to Lomachenko; you don't really have too much to go on other than the eyeball test, but the contender looks pretty ****ing capable.

                  Exactly this.

Benavidez has really good hand speed and reflexes which is what you need in order to even exchange with Canelo.

He also throws more then one punch at a time so that will keep Canelo from just trying to walk him down because Benavidez unloads a heavy high volume offense. You are going to have to be on point to not get clipped by one of them.

And lastly this is the most important. In a similar way that Teofimo approached Lomachenko. Benavidez don't give a ****....he will fight you and go toe to toe if he has to.

We don't know who's a threat to Canelo because besides those GGG fights, he won't get in the ring with anyone legit unless all contract negotiations are in his favor. He took A side to another level.

he is 5'8, and CLEARLY not a light-heavyweight... so, your position is ridiculous

it is hilarious that you need to jump to LHW to find a boogieman you think can beat the guy you hate
