I agree that Benavidez has a good chance to beat Canelo but I think GGG also still has a good chance to beat him if he can fight him soon. Jermall Charlo can fight very well at 168 I think and his all around skills, great jab, speed, power and chin give him a chance to win. Bivol says he is very comfortable at 168 and would fight Canelo at 168. I think Bivol would beat Canelo but Garcia probably never heard of Bivol. Canelo looked great last fight but Smith gave a terrible weak performance. Smith has shown in his last two fights that he is not very good anymore. Benavidez would give Canelo a real fight and come after Canelo and not run away all fight as Smith did.

It says a lot that people are clamoring to see Canelo fight two full blown light heavyweights in the hope that he gets beat.
Not bad for a guy that fought at 140 lbs early in his career.
I don't see them being this demanding of anyone else. They certainly haven't been for Golovkin.

What do people see in Benavidez? I know everybody hypes this guy up like crazy, Elie Seckback is always talking big big s*** about how he's the next Mike Tyson, but what is it? He didn't impress me against Ron Gavril, and he's a nobody. Didn't impress me against Anthony Dirrell, he didn't even fight the Dog, he just fought an Anthony Dirrell past prime. The dog would have beat him, and forget about the resurrected one in his prime, would have beat him too.
The only talents I'm seeing that can go toe to toe with Canelo are Andrade and Charlo. And then if we want to talk 175, Bivol and Beterbiev can beat him in a FAIR 12 round decision without biased judges if they keep them at the end of their jab the whole fight. But I don't think they're KOing Conelo.Comment

Benavidez never fought anybody close Canelo`s level.
That is why I say Beterbiev -Bivol should fight each other. Winner would have a good chance to call out Canelo.
Problem with all these guys is, they never fought anybody close to Canelo`s level. Funny, actually Derevyanchenko would be a tough fight for Canelo, he is experienced at that level.Comment

Bivol has a solid resume when you think about it. Not world class, but solid. The way he handled Jean Pascal so easily then Jean went on to take out Big Sir Marcus Browne and Badou Jack. Bivol made it easy work. And against Joe Smith who has been looking really good lately w dominating wins over Alvarez and Jesse Hart.
That said he don't have the power to really hurt Canelo. He'd have to win a chess match with Canelo which I think he can do. Seems to be better defensively than Kovalev and GGG who gave Canelo all sorts of fits with the jab, and his jab is just as good as those 2. Just can't get hurt by the power. He took Joe Smith's power so I think he can take Canelo's power but you never know.Comment

Benavidaz would be the only one he fights in prime n pronanly lose for age cant run from n lastly itd be a huge fight in a yr if benavidez gets more active get a big win i can see 2022 cinco de mayo huge. Beterbiev hell wait to age maybe end of 2022 begining 2023. Ggg 3 we might see end of 2021 by then ggg would be old n shot. Charlo i hope he fights though i think canelo would put in work on both charlos. I see canelo 2021 schedule as bjs (easy win) and ggg should be an easy win for shot completly by then. Then 2022 we might see benavidaz n beterbiev if he shot if not then i see a charlo fight then big name but easy work for canelo n everyone looking to cash out anyways. Why canelo not fight charlo yet i dont think can make 160 n if so only would do it for ggg cause the payday worth it n ggg kinda shot nowComment
