Anyone being serious knows BJS would be difficult for Canelo technically. But the reason I think BJS has a real chance is pure and simple: ego. The man is just too proud to wither and box out a solid loss in the way smith just did.

People hate BJS because he makes them feel insecure because he is too alpha for most people to wrap their head around. I have known lots of people like him so I know how to take him. It's just banter and when you see some of his personal videos when he is talking frankly you can see he is just a typical english lad with typical morals.

I really wanna see this fight. Will be Canelo's toughest.

Yup, he's super insecure about matching up with the elites. That's why he always sabotages his own career just when the big opportunities are within his reach. He knows he can beat the Lemieux's of the world, but will get wiped away by the true elites.

As much as I'd love to see Canelo beat the piss out of BJS or Andrade next, I'm much more interested in seeing those two face off first. Not because I think that would be a good fight (it might well be the biggest stinker fight in the last 20 yrs given their styles), but I just don't think either of those guys have done anything at all to earn that shot. Canelo should be fighting GGG, Jermall, Plant, Ramirez, Bivol or Beterbiev next.

All this time I thought it was because him and his people have zero faith in him beating a top fighter and were waiting in line like good little p*nks for a lotto ticket cash out. He does have that big SD win over Eubank six years ago though maybe he is the best fighter in boxing.
