I was against Saunders when I heard ggg offered him "life changing" money. They made it out to he like $5 million plus when they interviewed him. Then I found out it was $1.5 million same they gave Lemuix. They straight lied about that and Saunders said for $5 million he would fight ggg anywhere.
Saunders one of the last guys I like but he was right about ggg.
Don't forget Jacobs fight was delayed and almost canceled over $500K.
Heck Canelo 2 was almost canceled because Diva GGG wanted another 3%...Comment

saunders admitted he ducked ggg so not sure what you are talking about. "They are offering life changing money but it's not just about that because it would be a big risk for me." which ggg opponent was making 5 million at the time? ggg himself was only making 2 million so yeah that makes no sense to believe that. he was offered a great purse by his own admission and said it was too much of a risk.
dont forget ggg could have gone to purse bid and made sure jacobs got less which would have killed the fight since jacobs said he woudlnt fight unless he got more. somehow all of this is ggg's fault?Comment

is this thread serious? you have people who still believe ggg ducked ward even though ward turned ggg down and tried to fight some guy named dmitir sartison. then you have these same people pretending wards offer was legit when it called for ggg to postpone the canelo fight for a year when the wbc said the cotto-canelo winner had to fight ggg in 2016 and thats when ward wanted to fight. they dont care about facts or what makes logical sense. oh wait that offer is ****** and no one would ever accept it i guess ggg is ducking! nevermind why ward would make an offer that makes no sense its all gggs fault! ward couldnt just offer ggg a one fight deal when hes available! he had to do some complicated year long multi fight deal right when the canelo fight was supposed to happen!Comment
