It’s more of an issue because boxingscene has been trying to legitimize it. They do it with GGG too. James Toney could come out of retirement and win the IBO (one of my favorite all time boxers) and I’d still say it’s not a real title. We don’t need five titles, we need one.

And no, I don’t recognize Toney’s WBU Light heavyweight title.

I think it was when he beat Klitschko if I remember correctly. IBO is clearly the weaker of the five belts as others said, but it’s either 80% of the belts or 75% depending if you want to include it or not. It’s still in essence the same story.

Wlad. IBO waive their sanctioning fees for heavyweights so they’ll hold it with the others. Joshua and Golovkin are the only IBO champs I can even think of off the top of my head.
