I feel like the strengths Joyce has (great engine), aren't as much of an advantage against Usyk, who also does 12 rounds easily. Both are slow starters too. It's an interesting fight, just think Uysk is slightly better.

But his win in the amateurs means nothing now.

I think Joyce could be more than Usyk can handle over 12 rounds.

Unless Usyk boxes like he did against Gassiev.
Then he wins.

I see it going the same as in the amateurs. Yeah Joe’s better, but so is Usyk. It was a really good fight they had before, it’ll just be more ramped up.

Joe ain’t connecting on Usyk like he did the young hyper kid he just beat. Usyk is turning out to be a superb boxer with equal power delivered from all angles with good footwork....while tough as nails Joe Joyce has that basic walk you down Herman Munster approach...

Daniel thought his power right hooks would seal the deal with all opponents. Not so. There’s ALWAYS someone that can deal with your power or evade it, so developing more skilz in every dept of your arsenal is what free time in the gym is used for.....

Joyce is just soo slow, Usyk can’t knock him out, so it will be lots of dancing around and jabbing out the win for Usyk. Boring for all concerned.

This is a genuine question, I’m not trying to be a hater, but why do you love Usyk? I personally don’t get it, I am big boxing fan, especially technically good boxers like Canelo or Loma, but for me Usyk just isn’t that great and at HW in this era just seems kind of irrelevant. Usyk is just to small to beat the big big guys and he doesn’t have a massive punch, I kind of just feel he doesn’t bring anything to the division and will be in a lot of boring contests. Just my opinion of course, but I am puzzled why he has the fan base.

Usyk is brilliantly conditioned and seems pretty tough. He delivered a master class against Gassiev, but doing the same against someone like Joyce wouldnˋt be the same thing, I suspect. Joyce looks really slow, but there's something clearly deceptive about it. He seems to be able to land regularly against opponents -- and as good as Usyk is, it's not like he is unhittable. Chisora is not as good a fighter as Joyce, is much smaller than Joyce with a much smaller reach and yet gave Usyk some trouble.

I would lean toward Joyce if this fight were to happen.

Usyk wont be able to run from the Juggernaut for 12 rounds. Chisora put hands on him
