I haven't watched enough Bivol fights. He definitely got buzzed by Joe Smith Jr., but Smith hits like a truck. When else has he showed a suspect chin? I'm not challenging your point. I really don't know and would like to know.

Doubt it. Canelo barely starches anyone decent. He just isn’t a huge puncher at 168, never mind 175.

Yeah he stopped Kovalev at 175 but he’s washed up and had been stopped before. He nearly got stopped by Yarde in the previous fight. Yarde just lose to an average domestic contender.


He stopped Rocky Fielding too but Smith did him in a round.


Apart from that Canelo is pretty much a points winner. He looks explosive but there’s not a lot of knockout power there. Especially above 154. No way he can starch Bivol.

I'd put my money on bivol vs beterbiev . in that smith fight bivol looked slick and on point . he hasn't fought in a long time so he needs to brush off that rust. Bivol is definitely my favorite at 175 right now .
