  • Comments Thread For: Spence Promises "All-Out War" Against Alvarez At 160 But Canelo Wants 168 Titles Instead

Can one of the most improbable match-ups and mouthwatering fights be spoken into existence? Errol Spence Jr. was ringside scouting Canelo Alvarez in person Saturday in San Antonio and saw first hand how the Mexican superstar stopped Callum Smith in a unanimous decision victory.

This fight is not going to happen. They are 3 weight classes apart and Canelo said 160 is difficult to make. Spence should just cap off at 154, there are many fights there he can make. Everyone wants the Canelo money.

He "wants" to fight Canelo at 160, but has no balls to fight small Bud at 147?! gtfoh!

Spence was Hollering! out Strap Season!! Then Bud Crawford enters his 147 Divison with a Strap & now Lil Spence wants to move up and avoid that Smoke. Crawford and Canelo would both **** Spence UP! FACTS!!

            He a joke.

If he loses to Canelo, he know he got nothing to lose.

...and the haters will really let Canelo have it by saying, "How you fight Spence, but won't fight Charlo??"

The comment stinks of being an indirect shot at Bud, who went on record saying he wouldn't fight Canelo.

I think Spence just likes throwing out Canelo's name out there for whatever reason. Canelo is not going to 160 anymore. Spence and Crawford need to stop clowning already and fight before your even throwing out these ideas.

Hey Errol, how about you take a fight at 154 before you talk about taking fights at 160? Last guy I recall jumping up 2 weight classes like that was was Adrian Broner and Kell Brook and that didn’t work out too well for them. I know Canelo is the cash cow but you got plenty of paychecks where you’re at right now.

I like The ambition of Spence

Whatever he’s going to do he best do it quick

manny won’t be around for long. Neither will Alvarez at 160

manny to Crawford to Alvarez would be one hell of a run
