Beating up Smith does not make him unbeatable. Smith fought very poorly. I think GGG beat him twice and could possibly beat him in a third fight. GGG threw almost 100 more punches in his last fight in 7 rounds than Canelo threw in 12 rounds. Bivol has offered to drop to 168 to fight Canelo and i think he might beat Canelo and Benavidez might also beat Canelo.Andrade is NOT a guy who can beat Canelo in my opinion. He does not hit hard enough to hurt Canelo or box good enough to beat Canelo on points. I think Canelo KOs Andrade and Saunders. To have a chance to beat Canelo a boxer needs big punching power, good skill, a high punch volume, bravery and toughness. GGG, Bivol and Benavidez all have these things going for them and might beat Canelo. He is excellent but not unbeatable in my opinion.

Well, no one has ever said this before about a boxer.

No kidding. Jacobs became damaged goods after getting beat by GGG.

Kovalev was already past prime, and on top he rushed into a Canelo fight without any time for proper rest or training after his battle against Yarde, but the money was good for him so he took it and sold out.

Smith took the fight on 4 week short notice.

Oh, and GGG already beat Canelo. Twice.

Jacobs is inconsistent and fights to the level of his opposition. Nobody becomes damaged goods from jabs and a flash kd ffs.

I'm pretty sure I watched Canelo lose to Floyd and Golovkin pretty damn clean so he's not unbeatable.

His defense while coming forward is going to make it a lot harder to beat him now though.

those guys hes been fighting recently havent been up to much. canelos cv looks brilliant on paper but most the guys he fought were well past their best when he fought them and he should have 4 or 5 official losses. its true what smith, canelo only took the fight once he saw how much success ryder had against him

He is clearly not. Floyd beat him. GGG beat him, but got robbed.

Really? Is that why he almost lost to Rosado? Because he looked like total apeshit. Jabs and a flash KD? He looked like an allergic Will Smith after his fight against GGG. And Rosado was demolished by GGG.

He washes BJS, Plant, GGG, the Carlos and Spence. Maybe Andrade's movement could provide some trouble? Not sure anymore.
Canelo is both a free agent and boxing's biggest draw so he has the power to make any of those fights happen.

As for the matchups themselves, I wanna see Canelo in with someone who will box in tight circles instead of going to the ropes and allowing Alvarez to unload in hopes of catching him with a counter.

That approach clearly doesn't work so I just wanna see him face an opponent who has the ability to at least try different things.

If you don't walk to Canelp, its gonna be long night... do not allow this man to pursue you.

But even when you do walk to Canelo, be careful of his springboard off the ropes.
