Canelo is easily a top 3 fighter right now, possibly #1. I'm not a fan of him but let's be honest, the guy is a great fighter. How many guys his size go up to these weight classes and get wins against bigger guys? I don't care what anyone says, that's ****ing rare and that's something boxing is missing and Canelo is one of the only guys doing it. Say what you want about Chavez Jr, Kovalev, Callum, etc. These guys are all much bigger than Canelo and he smashes them with no problem. If it was that easy, everyone would do it but they don't. He can win by KO, UD, TKO, he can do it all.

It's time to give the guy his respect and that's it. I'm not a fan but i can appreciate what he is in the sport and what be is doing. People mentioning Beterbiev, Bivol, GGG 3, Charlo, Plant, i think Canelo beats them all pretty soundly at this point of his career.

You don’t have to be a fan to realize he’s def great. These Brit fighters have no balls and too much respect. I bet on Callum knowing logically that Canelo would win. But you have to respect Canelo. He could’ve took a GGG fight but we know that outcome. Smith should’ve been a live dawg but these dudes have life too easy in the U.K. No grit and no balls.

None of that matters to me. The guy does nothing but win and is winning in multiple divisions. Nobody else is doing that. You can't analyze every opponent

So Artur Beterbiev is the next boogeyman fir Canelo. I think they will fight, but probably not until 2022. Beterbiev Has elite power, but he’s stiff and has short arms. Canelo will be a favorite over him.
